Today at the mimi et lulu office we had a good time: we baked something very French, delicious for both children and adults.
Yes, you guessed! We baked some crêpes for our snack time.
If you have not already tried this delicious desert, here is the recipe, it is really easy, you just have to follow the steps.
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 250 g flour
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 liter milk
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 50 g melted butter
• A pinch of salt
1- Put the flour in a bowl with the salt and sugar
2- Pour in the eggs
3- Start to mix gently when the mixture becomes thick, add the cold milk, little by little
When all the milk is mixed, the dough should be quite fluid
4- Bake the crêpes in a hot pan. Pour a small ladle of dough into the pan, rotate to distribute the dough evenly over the entire surface.
5- Add what you like on the top of the crêpe (sugar, chocolate, jam, whipped cream, bananas…)
