Recipe! Our favorite Gingerbread Cookies to bake with kids
Here is the recipe of our favorite gingerbread cookies, and one of the most popular Christmas recipes! Soft in the center, crisp on the edges and perfectly spiced... yummy!
Ingredients for 15 cookies:
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 3/4 cup flour
• 3 tablespoons cashew butter
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• 2-3 teaspoons grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon Christmas spice tea
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• (Optional: cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, ginger)
1 - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2 - Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
3 - Combine all the ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous consistency.
4 - Spread the dough thus formed on a piece of baking paper until it is about half a centimeter thick.
5 - Using cookie cutters, cut small figurines in the dough and place on the baking sheetbake for 12 minutes until the cookies are golden.
6 - Decorate them if you want!
